My paintings range from small, intensely observed object studies to large-scale canvases such as those depicting shadowed landscape forms. I work with a range of materials: oil, water colour, ink, acrylic, chalk, pastels, pencil and charcoal. The subjects and compositions of my paintings originate from my interest over the years in a wide range of sources.
